PUNO (Peru) - DEMONSTRATORS protesting a proposed silver mine set fire to a customs building on Friday after a night of violence in which three government offices were looted less than 10 days before presidential elections. A column of black smoke billowing from the customs building was visible from all points of this city of 120,000 on Lake Titicaca, some 1,300km south-east of Lima.

I bought my wedding dress and it is a Ivory with silver thread and pearls on it. My fiance, from the beginning has visioned himself wearing a black tux with a silver colored vest. His groomsmen would match the color of the bridesmaids dress. ( a medium blue) My question is will that look ok? Ivory and silver!

As a wedding planner I am trying to envision your wedding colors. My opinion is that you have your groom wear a ivory tux and maybe the vest could be ivory with a touch of silver in it if the tux shop has it. He can wear the traditional black tux, ivory shirt with a black vest with silver in it then. Have the men wear black tux with black-silver vest and blue tie (not bow tie) and the ladies wear their blue dresses. Be care how your wedding is also decorated because colors can throw your bridal attire colors into chaos. Try to stick to the color scheme as close as you can.

"fresh club soda"

This is the best gadget I have purchased so far. I dont have to worry about running out of club soda when I have guest or having a big bottle go flat after just one glass. I serve my friends and family "fresh club soda". No more recycling bottles and I have more pantry space. Except for the price, I cant think of any negatives yet.

The product works as described. We drink a good deal of seltzer water, and usually we throw away many partially used bottles. The charge in the water seems to last longer than purchased seltzer.
