Can someone suggest a full body workout plan?

Basically i do not have a gym membership, and a set of dumbells with 14kg of weights to accompany that.
I'm currently in college, and my hours there are.

Monday to Friday -- 9:00am-4:00pm.
And at the weekends i am currently free, however i am trying to get a saturday job.
And hope to join a friends running club on thursdays from 7-8.

Does anyone have an suggestions for a workout plan, baring in mind i don get homework from my college, However i do have a 13% body fat, and a high metabolism, would i also need tor reduce my total body fat to below 10%?

The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett

The Pillars of the Earth was a very different book from the thrillers being produced by Ken Follett at that time. The book had close to 1000 pages (976 to be precise), so there is a slight chance the book may end up overwhelming you. Throughout the book, there were bishops and monks all around, in fact, they were central characters in the story. Despite what you think because of the name of the book and sentences that you read so far, The Pillars of the Earth is a true adventure for the readers. There is a mysterious beginning to the book, there is a man hanging by a noose, and a woman is cursing those responsible for it. The story ends also with a hanging, which is connected with the first hanging in the beginning.

Several Wheels Have Been Set In Motion

 

The novel The Pillars of the Earth has Tom Builder as a character who wants to be the master builder of a cathedral. In search of work, he and his family go to Kingsbridge where Prior Philip welcomes them. The church of Kingsbridge burns down, and the family has to start work on the new one. Unwittingly, they are slowly drawn into the local and national politics. Another wheel has also been set into motion, with Aliena and her brother Richard trying to take revenge on William Hamleigh. There is a puzzle set in the earlier part of the book, which is resolved very well by the author in the end.

He Wasn't Ready For the Pillars

 

The author of The Pillars of the Earth, Ken Follett would probably be the first person who says he never intended to write this book in the first place as a novel. The reason behind reading about the cathedrals was that he wanted to describe the London scenery well in his books. The process of building cathedrals however, ended up fascinating him and he was completely taken in. When he started work, he realized he wasn't sophisticated enough to complete the book.

Therefore He Wrote Eye of the Needle

 

As a result, he stopped work on that project and instead wrote Eye of the Needle, which was about a German spy during the war – he soon had a humongous reputation for writing fast paced thrillers, complete with action and strong characters. Readers would not be surprised to know that the favourite author of Ken Follett is Jane Austen, and that's the reason his female characters are strong and relationships are a vital part of the book. All the little details are painstakingly given which fascinate the readers thus making them delve deeper into the earls living in the castles or the travelers in the Pillars of the Earth.
