Can you please recommend the most comprehensive book available today of ALL of Madame Alexander's dolls to date - from her first to her most recent?

As you know the business started in the late 20's, there is not just one book I use a series of books from catalog reprints to hard back volumes in Madame Alexander Dolls. I like the catalog because they spell out all of the extras and the different dresses and extras for different years but they only start in the 1940's and some of the early years are missing.
For the later dolls I use the series of Madame Alexander collector Guides for pricing by Linda Crowsey. You can double check on some of the online references, but personally for what I do I need the books for more information.
