Ok, so a co-worker of mine used to be a seamstress and will be altering my dress. She recently found out she has breast cancer (horrible) and I told her not to worry and I will find someone else. She insists on doing it for me but needs to do it now, before she starts chemo. We set it up to do a fitting tomorrow, but I have no shoes yet. I still have 2 months before the wedding, so I thought I had time.

I had a very specific shoe in mind, but I just can't find the right pair. Should I just wear shoes I already have and go with it, or make a guess at the length and buy shoes that are that exact height(which may be hard). Any suggestions?
